John Paschal among the heroes of the White River Watershed

John Paschal and his 30-pound cat are a formidable team. Paschal is a member of the West Fork Environmental Protection Association and was a founding member of the group that stopped the proposed landfill in the watershed of the Middle Fork of the White River. Do we need to form a Town Branch EPA and an Illinois River EPA to protect the watersheds in Fayetteville?

John was the real leader when the effort started. He used to fish the Middle Fork with with the late Frank Thorpe.
